The Vance Building is under new ownership. On Friday, January 12th, Brickman assumed ownership and management of the Vance & Sterling Buildings. We're excited to learn more about these historic buildings and its team of tenants!

The Vance Building is recertifing under a new USGBC platform called LEED Dynamic Plaque. We are aiming to achieve gold status like we did in our initial certification. Expect more details later in Spring.
